Patrons of all ages may obtain a library card. A parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under the age of 18. A library card is required for ALL transactions including check out of items, renewal, and to place a hold (reserve) on an item that is either checked out of the library or is located at another PINES member library.

Persons who own property in Georgia may obtain a free card with proof of ownership.

Persons enrolled in school or employed in Georgia may obtain a free card with proof of school attendance or employment.
